Cold days

Aqueduct of Bahcekoy, Istanbul - 2017-01-28

It is still cold outside. Today it snowed a little here in Bahçeköy. I paid a visit to the local veterinary to buy my lovely cats some food, especially for Nairo who has urinary problems. I took a few photos along the way.

Uzunya Beach

Uzunya beach, Istanbul (feaured)

Uzunya is a small and beautiful cove in the north of Istanbul, near Black Sea. It has a beautiful beach, one of the best beaches in Istanbul actually. There’s also a restaurant in the beach.

A bike ride in a sunny but windy day

Rumeli Lighthouse Castle (featured)

1st day of April… It was winddy, but sunny and warm. I jumped on my bike and ride it to the North, to the Black Sea.

Belgrade Forest, under snow

The winter came early this year in Istanbul. We already started wearing coats. Amazingly, the air is smelling like snow. I remembered the snowy winter of 2012 (the photos below are from January 2012).
